A Conversation with Tereza Kostková — Blízká setkání for Český rozhlas

I was genuinely looking forward to my interview with Tereza Kostková, which I had promised to do even before the inauguration. What I didn’t realize at the time was how demanding the final days leading up to — and including — the inauguration itself would be. And so, I found myself agreeing to the recording for the very next day.

Exhausted, I arrived at Český rozhlas, mistakenly drove into the wrong parking garage, had to reverse, and then go through the security check. It may sound trivial, but in that moment, it felt like a superhuman effort. I also dislike being late — yet somehow, I made it.

Thankfully, Tereza greeted me with calmness and her radiant smile, guiding me through the entire conversation — one that wasn’t only about the inauguration, but also about fashion, meaning, and the quiet power of craft.
